While our travel team is (fittingly) global, many of us are based across the States; calling the likes of New York, Austin, Charleston and Boston home. Because we value our relationships with our clients – who are based across the USA, from coast to coast – we never want to be far away.

That’s why you’ll find our Travel Experts and Relationship Managers setting off on trips across the country so we can spend time face-to-face. This means we’re not just at the end of the phone (or email), but out on the road – wherever you call home.

Here, there, everywhere

We're out and about in the USA

Florida Road Trip

Hannah and Lillie’s visit to the sunshine state

Meeting our travelers face-to-face is one of the great joys of the job for our Relationship Managers. This is what recently brought Lillie and Hannah to Florida, journeying from Miami and Fort Lauderdale to Boca Raton and Palm Beach (and beyond). Putting faces to names, it’s always a delight to talk travel with likeminded venturers – and to get some fresh ideas flowing for their upcoming trips. Keep your eyes out. There’ll be many more to come.

Lillie’s move to Texas

We’re delighted for Lillie – one of our worldly Relationship Managers – who’s making the big move from New York to Austin, Texas. Not only does this mean she’ll be in right in the thick of this creative capital’s music venues, boutiques and buzz, but she’ll also be on hand to meet up with our travelers based in Texas and other southern states.

Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco

Alix’s West Coast Road Trip

Cruising up the California coast from Los Angeles to San Fransisco, our Relationship Manager Alix enjoyed a gloriously sunny road trip – stopping to drink coffee, eat lunch, sip cocktails and talk upcoming trips with many our travelers based on the West Coast. And because one stint in California is never enough many of the team will be cruising down the PCH in the not too distant future and would be delighted to meet up, just drop us a line.

Luca, Luxury Travel Expert

Meet Luca
He’s based in Charleston

There’s very little of the world Luca hasn’t seen. He’s trekked the Inca trail to Machu Picchu; sailed down the Amazon; danced late into the night in Rio de Janeiro; and traveled the breadth of India. He even met his wife whilst diving in Panama, prompting a stint living in northern Mozambique. What we mean to say is this: wherever in the world you’re headed, you’re in very good hands with Luca.

Carly, Luxury Travel Expert

Meet Carly
She’s based in Boston

In Italy, they talk about “un colpo di fulmine”, a lightning bolt; a feeling of unexpected surprise. Between the frescoes of the Vatican and the staggered terraces of the Amalfi Coast, it’s precisely what Carly felt when she first explored the home of her ancestors, aged fourteen. It’s these special, lightning bolt moments that Carly plans for our travelers when she’s plotting their trips. And she’s very good at it, too.
